Absolutely the best purchase I’ve made this year. I’ve eyed the Corso for a while and finally caved. Oh, how I wish I had bought it sooner. It’s my daily watch now and I receive compliments on it from both men and women. The Corso is both dainty and substantial, and looks good with jeans and a T shirt or dressing for a night out. The blue face sets off the hands beautifully.
My watch is beautiful. The blue dial does exactly what I had hoped, being able to see time clearly. My only wish is that the face would be larger, maybe 30mm or a little larger, and the date either eliminated or magnified so it is visible.
I absolutely love this watch. It's face is beautiful and easy to read. I appreciate the design and elegance that went into this masterful timepiece. The accuracy is above and beyond my expectations, drifting no more than 2 to 5 seconds per month. This is my first Citizen watch and I am hooked for life. It may not be the most feature rich or expensive offering from Citizen, but it's design, elegance, accuracy, and amazing eco-drive system makes this watch worth every penny. I would gladly spend more than the advertised price on this wonderful timepiece. The style fits my lifestyle perfectly, and fits my very small wrists beautifully. I have to admit I am a guy, but I am a small person that weighs just 120lbs and have extremely small wrists. This watch is not overly feminine and I greatly appreciate that. The eco-drive and overall accuracy of this watch is worth every penny. I am genuinely impressed with the build quality of this watch. It's wonderfully built with high quality materials and excellent workmanship; you can easily tell it's meant to last many, many years, even under continuous use. I wear my watch 24/7 and only take it off when I am showering or entering water. This watch is water resistant, however I am too nervous to put that to the test. The eco-drive works wonders. I have yet to run into any problems and I get about 8 hours or more of direct sunlight per month, which exceeds their recommendation, and I'm sure that has a positive impact on the overall battery life of the watch. I highly recommend this watch for anyone with small wrists looking for a beautiful neutral design. It's very easy to read the time, and I appreciate that the hands are luminescent in the dark. I am a guy, but you really could not guess this is a women's watch. It's very neutral in design and elegance and I am simply overjoyed with this timepiece. Accuracy has always been my biggest concern with watches, and I'd gladly shell out more money to have a watch that drifts as little as possible. My previous watches have drifted as much as 30 seconds per month. This Citizen watch beats my expectations and drifts very little over a month's time. Accuracy has always been a challenge for me, and this is the most expensive watch I've ever owned and I am simply amazed at how accurate it is. Overall this is the best watch I've ever owned and I will be a Citizen fan for life. Eco-drive and accuracy are above and beyond what I was expecting and I could not recommend this watch highly enough. 10/10 is the best way to put my experience, expectations, and love of this watch into a scale. The price is justified, for every element of this watch is carefully crafted to be premium and above and beyond general expectations.
This is my second watch in this exact style. My first one lasted many years of daily wear with no problems. Due to my poor visibility, I love the dark background. It gives more contrast and it is easier to read the time. As a nurse, I highly recommend this watch for it's functionality, value and classy look.
The Corso is a smart looking watch. The dark blue background along with the contrast of the hands make it easier to tell the time without my reading glasses, this was my primary purpose for buying this watch. The face is a medium size. Personally, I would have liked to have the face a little larger just for low reading vision reasons. It is water resistant and has a bracket clasp which were prerequisites as well.
I really wanted an Eco-Drive watch and had my eye on this one. It is a beautiful, classic watch and I loved the feature that you could have it sized to fit. While I am totally satisfied with my purchase, I was surprised to discover that instructions on how to set the date/time were not included in the box. You have to go online with your watch's serial number and other details to locate instructions. I find this unnecessarily complicated. Citizen, please just include instructions in the packaging; don't make customers go through so many steps to start using and loving their watch!
Very nice but don’t pay extra to see day of month, it’s way too small. Everything else about the watch is perfect
This watch is really pretty, but the blue is darker than it looks online. It's more a dark blue/navy color, I was hoping it would be more like a royal blue to replace the previous Citizen watch I own.
I was casually browsing on the Macy's website for watches when I stumbled upon Citizen's Corso eco-drive. It instantly piqued my interest due to its stunning yet simple design, so I bought the white dial Corso at Macy's, but I immediately went back to exchange it to for the blue dial as it exudes a sportier yet classy look which perfectly reflects my style. I own another solar-powered watch from Seiko, and I love knowing that I don't have to worry about switching batteries at all for my two watches. I've been wearing it for a few days now and I still can't stop admiring its beauty. The eco-drive has now become my go-to watch for work and day-to-day outings.
