This was our first time buying a Citizen watch. We measured my wrist beforehand, and so we had the band shortened before it arrived. When we received it, we realized we shortened it too much, but they included the extra links that we had them remove, and we were surprised how easy it was to add two more of the links. I love the look and I love the way it feels on my wrist and I couldn’t be happier.
We bought 4 watches to replace our higher-end older fancy ones (Tag Heuer) that cost a fortune for battery replacement. These are just as reliable, just as gorgeous, and fit just as well. Also easy to set the time and date. And no more batteries!!
This was a birthday gift to myself. This was not the watch I had my eye on, but once I received it, I fell in love with her. This is my first gold watch and all I can say is Wow! The pictures do not give her justice. This is my third Citizen and I am a forever customer!

Beautiful watch! Diamonds are dainty and stunning. A lively feature I didn’t know but found very desirable is that the watch hands and the 12,3,6 and 9 o’clock positions have a subtle, glow in the dark feature. I absolutely love it.
