The Perfect Upgrade for Her Favorite Watch
My wife had worn the same inexpensive watch for years and loved it, but the thing had developed an appetite for batteries. Rather than put yet another battery in it, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I probably spent far too much time looking at watches, but I kept coming back to this Citizen. I wanted something feminine and elegant without being overly flashy, and the combination of the soft pink dial, diamond accents, and silver and gold bracelet hit the sweet spot. It looks even better in person. My wife also has a tiny wrist, so being able to have Citizen size the bracelet to 5½ inches before shipping was a huge plus. It arrived fitting her beautifully. Eco-Drive really sealed the deal for me. After years of replacing batteries in her old watch, the idea that this one is powered by light is pretty wonderful. I bought directly from Citizen during a sale, got a great price, and didn’t have to worry about whether I was buying from some questionable third-party seller. Best of all, it was a surprise.
