I ordered a watch for my daughter's birthday on December 2. The watch did not come in time. A few days later a watch arrived... for a man! I received a man's watch instead of this watch I ordered. I have conversed with multiple people and have sent the wrong watch back but have yet to see the correct watch be delivered. It is now December 31. This is a very poor showing for this company. Not sure if the watch will be worth all the trouble or not?
I purchased this watch 1 month ago. Beautiful but the band was a bit shiny. I've tried now several ways to try to exchange or return or receive contact so I can purchase the watch in a different model. Citizen customer service....I'm waiting. Please help me spend my money on your product.
I really love this watch. The mother‑of‑pearl face is absolutely beautiful, and the watch itself is lightweight and comfortable to wear. However, the bracelet band feels a bit cheap and tends to rattle when I move my hand, which was disappointing. That said, I’m still keeping it because the watch looks great overall, and the Eco‑Drive technology is a major plus. Despite the band, it’s a lovely piece.
It's a beautiful watch and is clearly well made. The face is a little hard to read. It's smaller than I expected, but I did want a smaller watch profile. If i had seen it in person, I probably would have chosen a different style. But it's a Citizen. Overall, it gorgeous.
The watch and band are very nice, with the highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Brushed stainless might be a good additional finish as it shows wear less than polished surfaces. The sizing requested was 5 3/4", and after careful, precise measurement realized we got something that was more than one link to small. This meant doing the work of adding in a link myself, which defeats the purpose of offering the free sizing option. Overall, still recommend highly. The Eco-Drive is such a pleasure because the inexperienced staff at many so-called "jewelry" shops often damages watches requiring battery changes, even on watches costing $2K.
Great watch, for my wife's birthday she loves the design and the quality. I requested that they size the bracelet as they offered on their app. Bracelet was not sized and we had to go to a local jeweler and pay $15 to have it sized.

I got the Bianca in silver, and it's absolutely beautiful. The case has a sleek, elegant design, and the watch itself is very stylish. One thing to note: the color of the hands is darker in person—they look more like a purplish-blue than a true blue. Still, it's a stunning piece overall.
I’d been looking at this watch for a few months before finally pulling the trigger, and I’m really glad I did. It has a similar look and feel to a Cartier in terms of size, material, and overall quality, but at a much more reasonable price point. The Eco-Drive feature was also a big selling point for me since I don’t have to worry about replacing the battery. One thing I noticed right away is that it looked larger in photos, but in person it’s actually more compact, which worked out perfectly since I have a small wrist. This is my first “nice” watch, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for—something I can wear every day, whether I’m dressed up or casual. The dial is much more beautiful in person than it appears online, and I really appreciate that it has actual numbers, which was another reason I chose this one. The only downside was the sizing. I still needed to take it to a jeweler to remove a couple more links. Other than that, I’m very happy with it.
I absolutely love this watch. It is timelessly an attractive watch. I am certain that its design will still be attractive many years to come. My husband's Citizen watch has worked perfectly for more than twenty years without winding or the annoyance of replacing batteries... that's why I purchased this watch.
Have had mine for over 25 years. No battery replacement BUT twice I’ve had to replace capacitor for $50 But ok for maintenance over 25 years. Recommend highly
