Beautiful watch

It's a beautiful watch. Comfortable to wear. The face may be too small for some but I like it. Honestly the pictures somehow do not do it justice so if you like the pictures you will love it in person.

Beautiful watch TERRIBLE customer service

I purchased this watch 1 month ago. Beautiful but the band was a bit shiny. I've tried now several ways to try to exchange or return or receive contact so I can purchase the watch in a different model. Citizen customer service....I'm waiting. Please help me spend my money on your product.

Wrong watch... no watch?

I ordered a watch for my daughter's birthday on December 2. The watch did not come in time. A few days later a watch arrived... for a man! I received a man's watch instead of this watch I ordered. I have conversed with multiple people and have sent the wrong watch back but have yet to see the correct watch be delivered. It is now December 31. This is a very poor showing for this company. Not sure if the watch will be worth all the trouble or not?

New Watch

I purchased this for my wife to replace another Citizen watch that was lost. I Purchased a Citizen brand watch because of the durability and reliability of her original watch. The simple elegance of the style allows for casual or dress wear. She is very happy with it.

Great gift and stylish watch

My wife saw a photo in a fashion magazine and wanted a watch with silver links. I told her I think I saw what you wanted on the Citizen website. I ordered it, and Citizen sized the bracelet for me. She loves the watch, it's stylish keeps and keeps good time, looks great.

Beautiful

It's a beautiful watch and is clearly well made. The face is a little hard to read. It's smaller than I expected, but I did want a smaller watch profile. If i had seen it in person, I probably would have chosen a different style. But it's a Citizen. Overall, it gorgeous.

Dare I say, elegant & eye catching? YEEESSS!!! Feels like a fine bracelet but worn everyday even with very active hands at work and home. Suits my small wrist, clock face easily read with the delicate blue hands, just beautiful. Not a huge, heavy crystal to risk damaging. Eco-drive is DEFINITELY a plus. Sized from the website…so simple. You should try it 🌸

Watch Is Great, Band Sizing Not

The watch and band are very nice, with the highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Brushed stainless might be a good additional finish as it shows wear less than polished surfaces. The sizing requested was 5 3/4", and after careful, precise measurement realized we got something that was more than one link to small. This meant doing the work of adding in a link myself, which defeats the purpose of offering the free sizing option. Overall, still recommend highly. The Eco-Drive is such a pleasure because the inexperienced staff at many so-called "jewelry" shops often damages watches requiring battery changes, even on watches costing $2K.

Love It!

I’m very pleased with my new watch. I love the square face. This is my second Eco-Drive - I will definitely go that route again!
