Excellent Watch - not so great customer service

Great watch, for my wife's birthday she loves the design and the quality. I requested that they size the bracelet as they offered on their app. Bracelet was not sized and we had to go to a local jeweler and pay $15 to have it sized.

This watch is beautiful. It looks bigger online but in person it’s a little smaller which I love because dainty watches are my favorite. Very classy watch, you can dress it up or down.

Good Choice.

I like the way the watch looks when I'm wearing it. It is quite comfortable, easy to fasten and very easy to "read". I appreciated the extra links that came with the watch. I'm glad to have a second hand. All silver is good-looking, can wear with everything. The style suits me. So far, very good. And I am pleased to have the Eco-Drive features. This is my second Citizen watch.

Absolutely love my new Citizen watch! It’s stylish, well-crafted, and fits perfectly after they adjusted it to my size. The design is elegant, and it feels comfortable on my wrist. Highly recommend!

Bianca -stainless steel, silver

The Bianca watch is beautiful! This watch is the perfect size for my small wrist, not too small or large.I was thinking about purchasing a round faced watch but am happy I changed my mind. The rectangle shape is so pretty on my small wrist. It looks like a silver chunky bracelet, a much nicer look than a big round faced watch, not too fancy or casual. I love it.

Truly, a beautiful watch!

Fantastic watch engineering and technology encased in a Cartier Tank-inspired design aesthetic. I have the gold and the stainless steel both, and I am very happy. Also, do avail of the bracelet sizing service, so you can order made to measure. Finally, the price point respects you hard-earned money. Now, that’s one fantastic deal!
