not resized before sent to me

I printed out the sizing band and followed the directions, but somehow it came way too big. It is very pretty and I am looking forward to getting it back, but the company had me send it back in to resize it.

I bought this watch on Overstock for a fair price. The only challenge I had was resizing it, but a watch shop made it work. This watch is dainty, with crystals and a white/yellow gold strap. It matches clothing easily and I love that it won't need battery replacements!
