I love the watch, it is beautiful. I was offered free shipping and free sizing. They have a size guide you download and print. I followed the introduction to the letter. Unfortunately the watch came almost an inch too big. I called customer service thinking they would offer to make things right but instead I was told I could take it to a jeweler. Not the response I was looking for after spending what I did for the watch.
I've worn this watch every day for over a decade. I've had it somewhere between 12 and 18 years. It has never lost time. I'm right-handed and wear a watch on my right hand so it's a bit worn where my wrist rubs when writing. Also, the spring in the clasp broke several years ago but it still locks closed fine. Only minor scratches on the bezel. I would like to replace the band since the two tone has faded on the sides and back where it rubs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another eco-drive. Excellent product after constant, long-term use.
