most beautiful watch

I owned the white version of this watch and absolutely loved it! Wore it hard and after few years white pieces on band started falling out.Was no longer in warranty. Sent it for repair and UPS lost it. A friend had the black version for many years and had no problem with the band. So decided to get the black one as replacement. LOVE IT TOO!

BROKEN WATCH

I ORDERED THE SILHOUETTE CRYSTAL WATCH FOR MY 40TH ANNIVERSARY FROM MY EMPLOYER IN THE YEAR 2016. THE WATCH WAS RUNNING FINE WITH THE ECO-DRIVE. SUDDENLY, THE WATCH STOPPED. NO MATTER HOW MUCH LIGHT I EXPOSED IT TO, IT DID NOT RUN AGAIN. I'M VERY UPSET SINCE THIS WAS A GIFT. I NEED ADVISE ON WHO TO CONTACT AND HOW TO GET THE WATCH RUNNING. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL WATCH. WHAT A SHAME IT NO LONGER RUNS. PLEASE HELP

i got this watch as a gift from a friend and i got to say it is the best gift i have got , i never take it off.... i would be so lost without it , if you get one you will love it if you like to ware a watch and i like that i never got to take it off ... this watch is black face but mine is white .
