most beautiful watch

I owned the white version of this watch and absolutely loved it! Wore it hard and after few years white pieces on band started falling out.Was no longer in warranty. Sent it for repair and UPS lost it. A friend had the black version for many years and had no problem with the band. So decided to get the black one as replacement. LOVE IT TOO!

Used to love it

I recieved this watch as my 40 year gift from my employer. That was in 2012. Guess what? It has quit working. I have tried everything to get it to recharge and start working. No luck. I don't know what to do. I loved this watch.

BROKEN WATCH

I ORDERED THE SILHOUETTE CRYSTAL WATCH FOR MY 40TH ANNIVERSARY FROM MY EMPLOYER IN THE YEAR 2016. THE WATCH WAS RUNNING FINE WITH THE ECO-DRIVE. SUDDENLY, THE WATCH STOPPED. NO MATTER HOW MUCH LIGHT I EXPOSED IT TO, IT DID NOT RUN AGAIN. I'M VERY UPSET SINCE THIS WAS A GIFT. I NEED ADVISE ON WHO TO CONTACT AND HOW TO GET THE WATCH RUNNING. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL WATCH. WHAT A SHAME IT NO LONGER RUNS. PLEASE HELP
