Terrible fit and not comfortable at all. Dont buy

Purchased this watch and the band is very uncomfortable. Citizens offers no alternatives and other bands do not fit due to the curvature of the watch case. I tried for a while to see if i got used to it but i then could not return it. I purchased an aftermarket silicon band but they do not fit. Now i am stuck with this watch that i cannot wear. I was very unhappy with the service provided when i called. The answer was basically too bad. Try other bands and see if you can find one that fits.

Beautiful Watch- Scratched Already

My husband bought me this watch for our anniversary, and it is so beautiful! I immediately put it on- with less than a week of wear, the face was scratched. I am not a rough watch-wearer, and only had worn it for about 5 days when I noticed the scratch. I even took it off for my exercise/outdoor activities! It is truly saddening that a watch of this price and level of craft would scratch so soon after wear. Now, I only wear it for special occasions to prevent it from being scratched further, which is a tragedy because a watch this beautiful should be worn all the time!

Chandler watch

I wanted to give 5 stars. However, I wish the date was a bit bigger. Where it is placed is harder to see. I live the quality of Citizen watches.
