Sometimes when the month shifts, the day gets screwed up and I have to manually adjust the date (for example, in February where there are 28 days). The instructions to set up the watch are complex but with practice they get easier. It is a beautiful watch and I love it with my whole heart!

Just bought this watch 3/31/23. Looks good, but the features not working and your online instructions very confusing. It took forever to figure out and thought I finally had it right till I looked at it today and the day and date have not advanced to what should be for today. The absolute worst instructions and overall setup for the cost of this watch. Extremely disappointed!!!!
I try to collect as many chronographs as possible. I found the calendrier to be a nice looking. It was the style of watch I was looking for from Citizen watch for years because Citizen doesn't offer that many gold tone watches. Unfortunately, I had to return the watch because it is designed for women and not men(unless you have a skinny wrist). The reason for 4 stars and not five. I am sorry I had to return the watch,because it would have fit nicely into my collection.

Although a decent fit, and nice to look at, there are a few drawbacks. The perpetual calendar feature does not work (so the dates would need to be advanced a few times per year even though it has monthly tracking), and the bracelet clasp is a bit uncomfortable against my wife's wrist. It does not seem as big as it measures when being worn, there is a little sparkle to the diamonds (although a jeweler said likely crystals), and thankfully the moonphase works as intended.
Heavy but not masculine. It has a beautiful dial that is full of information but remains pretty and easy to read. It looks great on, it’s very flattering. It is difficult to set, so be prepared! It took us multiple tries to get it right.
This watch is even more beautiful in person!
I have a number of Citizen automatic watches and have always been very satisfied with the design, quality and durability. I just purchased the Calendrier a s gift for a friend It is a dress watch and looks, and will likely run, like a watch 10 times the price. Purchased the calendrier in gold a couple of months ago. Love that I could order the bracelet sized to my liking. I am a loyal eco-drive owner (this is my third). Was easy to set the time, and the date. Really love that it can tell the difference between 30 day and 31 day months. STILL have not figured out how to set the phases of the moon...it involves waiting until a new moon or something...pfeh. the other thing is that it is REALLY big and heavy for a ladies' watch.
This watch has classic beauty and elegance. A nice face size, weight and features. I love the mother of pearl background. Excellent.
Thrilled when my watch arrived - it's the perfect size to clearly display the features without being overly bulky. There were reviews saying it's difficult to use - I looked up the instructions and figured it out pretty quickly though. It's not difficult enough for the negative reviews I saw, glad I ignored them and ordered anyways!
