I had trouble understanding setting the day of the week , is like setting the hours in 24 hour cycles. Other than that the set up was not bad. This watch reminds me that life if full of joy, remember the memories you make. This was for my 20 year anniversary of meeting my husband.
Bought this watch first my wife. She loves the 2 tone band and the pearl face. I had it sized by Citizen so it came ready to wear. Everything was perfect. Everyone compliments this watch whenever she wears it
So happy with this purchase. I've had it for about a week now, and it is stunningly beautiful. Citizen's use earth-conscious materials (lab-grown diamonds and mother of pearl made from discarded shells) is icing on the cake for me. The rose gold is true in color and matches perfectly with my rose gold wedding bands. The month, date, day, and moon phase complications are perfect. I wore a smart watch for years and got so tired of the constant buzzing of notifications. The complications on this new citizen watch make me feel like I still have all the information I need at a quick glance, and it is gorgeous, elevating my professional attire. Happy customer!
My sister and I bought this watch and we are absolutely in love with it. It is so beautiful and elegant. The rose gold is probably the most appealing of all the colors. i've had my watch for 1 month, but no one seems to be able to provide me with instructions on how to set the watch up, since the watch was launched without set up instructions. And the promised custom sizing wasn't done. Must go to jeweler and pay for this. Have notified customer 'service' yet no one has provided any help.

Pretty watch, however mine was bought at Jared's and the date keeps going backwards. The first watch was sent back 3x to citizen and they finally switched it out and gave me a new watch. The new watch is being sent back for the same reason (this is now the 4thtime I've been without my watch). I was told multiple people who have purchased this watch have had the same issue. It's ridiculous. We typically love citizen watches, this is the first that we've bought that has had issues.
Nice watch... it is. However it's Date is always 2 or more day behind. Had it sent in 2-3 time to be repaired. Each time, got it back and within 30 days it was 2 days behind on date. On the Third time a new watch was issued. Now the same issue with this on. It's a bummer my Wife really liked this watch.
I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. I attempted to set the date and time and couldn't get the day set. The time was fine as well as the date number. Just haven't figured out the day.

Beautiful watch but the clasp with the protruding tabs for unlocking it dig into the skin and make it very uncomfortable. With a different clasp it would be a 5 star watch.
This is the most stunning watch I’ve ever owned! The rose gold is a beautiful copper-rose color and the mother of pearl face is so pretty. I did have a problem with my bracelet sizing. I ordered a 6.5 inch (how my wrist measured with a fabric tape measure, not pulled tight) and the watch was way too tight. My local Citizen’s dealer added a link back for a better fit, although, I believe I’ll end up adding yet another link. From my experience, you need to increase this size rather than providing Citizen with the actual size of your wrist. I wish this was made more clear in the videos. This would be a 5-star review with the exception of the sizing issue.
I really like the watch though it was difficult to set up.
Looks great on my wife. The " rose tone " could be less pinkish, but the finish is great. The moonphase and low maintenance are the best features .
