No idea how my new watch works. Never worn.

i've had my watch for 1 month, but no one seems to be able to provide me with instructions on how to set the watch up, since the watch was launched without set up instructions. And the promised custom sizing wasn't done. Must go to jeweler and pay for this. Have notified customer 'service' yet no one has provided any help.

Date is always off..

Nice watch... it is. However it's Date is always 2 or more day behind. Had it sent in 2-3 time to be repaired. Each time, got it back and within 30 days it was 2 days behind on date. On the Third time a new watch was issued. Now the same issue with this on. It's a bummer my Wife really liked this watch.

The date keeps going backwards.

Pretty watch, however mine was bought at Jared's and the date keeps going backwards. The first watch was sent back 3x to citizen and they finally switched it out and gave me a new watch. The new watch is being sent back for the same reason (this is now the 4thtime I've been without my watch). I was told multiple people who have purchased this watch have had the same issue. It's ridiculous. We typically love citizen watches, this is the first that we've bought that has had issues.
