No idea how my new watch works. Never worn.

i've had my watch for 1 month, but no one seems to be able to provide me with instructions on how to set the watch up, since the watch was launched without set up instructions. And the promised custom sizing wasn't done. Must go to jeweler and pay for this. Have notified customer 'service' yet no one has provided any help.

This is a striking watch with a beautiful face. The watch is easy to set for the time, date, and moon phases. The fit was perfect upon delivery.
