I had trouble understanding setting the day of the week , is like setting the hours in 24 hour cycles. Other than that the set up was not bad. This watch reminds me that life if full of joy, remember the memories you make. This was for my 20 year anniversary of meeting my husband.

Citizen's use earth-conscious materials (lab-grown diamonds and mother of pearl made from discarded shells) is icing on the cake for me. The rose gold is true in color and matches perfectly with my rose gold wedding bands. The month, date, day, and moon phase complications are perfect. I wore a smart watch for years and got so tired of the constant buzzing of notifications. The complications on this new citizen watch make me feel like I still have all the information I need at a quick glance, and it is gorgeous, elevating my professional attire. Happy customer!

I gave this watch as a present to my wife. It is the quality I expected since I already own two Citizens myself. My wife really loves the watch. I downloaded the manual to do the settings which wasn't to difficult. I registered the watch and got an extra year of warranty. You get in total 6 years of warranty, that indicates to me that Citizen stands behind their products. The only little issue I would like to mention is the readability of the watch especially when your eye sight is not 100% anymore like mine. Apart from that, beautiful watch.
