I do want to point out that I never received an email stating when it had shipped, only the order confirmation email. Other than that my experience was wonderful. Thank you!

I received the Silhouette Crystal Watch as a gift. The watch is beautiful. I love the Eco-Drive feature since I don’t have to worry about changing a battery ever. The face of the watch includes a day and date feature which is a little difficult to read due to its size. Overall, it is a five star product and is my third Citizen watch. Highly recommend.
