I bought this watch primarily because I wanted to never replace another battery. Then because it was pretty and had the functions I wanted: numbers large enough for my over-forty eyes to read and a second hand. The third must: comfort. I hit the trifecta.
I have had my watch for a month and so far I love it. The crystal is very clear and does not appear to scratch easily.
