Crystals falling out

I am very upset about this watch. The crystals around the face are falling out . I can’t believe that I paid almost three hundred dollars for this. I could have bought a cheap timex watch. I spent the extra Money because I loved the way this watch looked. I am very disappointed, it looks like a cheap junk watch now! I am very careful with this watch and take good care of it.

Issues

Glad you ask. My watch suddenly has stopped keeping time and the date is not working properly. HELP!! I have had many Citizen watches and have never had this problem.

Difficult to read date

Pretty watch, but it is very difficult to read the date number. The chamfer around the date window reflects light in a way that obscures the very small number. I returned the watch for this reason. Otherwise, it's a cute watch that works for both small and large wrists.

Disappointing

If I would have seen this watch in person I would not have purchased it. The pink face is very light in color and the band doesn't look like it does in the picture. It is very shiny and cheap looking. I have more than a half dozen Eco Drives. This is the only one that has been a disappointment.

too much for a watch that is not dependable

I bought eco watch 4 years ago. it was pain free until it stopped working. I have no idea why the solar part stopped. I bought one for my husband and it never did work. that was a $400 plus wasted

Pretty

I love wearing watches, and I love my new watch. It’s beautiful; can be dressed up or down. The pink shade inside is more like a salmon pink which I really prefer rather than a bright pink tone. The only surprise for me upon receiving the watch were the stones. In the picture, they seem smaller but in real, I think they are bigger. This can be an upside for some, I just like smaller stones. Overall, I love it; I wear it almost everyday now. It has become my go-to watch.
