Disappointed in Citizens!

Purchased watch for Christmas. Went through Citizen's website instead of a local department/jewelry store so the watch would be sized correctly for me. Was very disappointed when I received the watch and it was not sized. Was to be sized to 8-3/4. It fit my daughter, who has a 6-1/2" wrist! I am hoping, after discussing the issue with Customer Service and having to return the watch, it can be sized correctly and fits without any further issues. The watch is beautiful and I would be very disappointed if Citizens cannot correct this problem.
