Good luck setting the date

I have downloaded every user guide and followed every instructions on the citizen website and on the app and there are only instructions for three handed watches. This is a two-handed watch. So I also tried to innovate and use the three-handed instructions but no luck. Also in order to see the date I literally have to get a magnifying glass to be able to tell what it's at anyway. So with that, I've decided to ignore the date completely and just use the watch portion. I've had this watch a year now and periodically I try to set the date again. I'm tired of messing with it. It's a very pretty watch but the whole setup is ridiculous.

Small watch face, stiff and uncomfortable strap

The watch face is smaller than expected and therefore hard to read. The watch strap, which looks like it should be leather, is quite stiff and has built-in curves in the wrong places, so the watch does not sit right on my wrist, nor is the strap comfortable. I'm debating sending the watch back, because for $200+ I should LOVE this thing, and I don't.

It does look a little clunky on my small wrist but I’ve gotten used to it and it is a beautiful piece.
