I own 7 pro masters and the quality is very good this one in specific is a beautiful pice the only thing is missing radio-controlled and atomic timekeeping then it will be and extraordinary pice
I have had a little while now. It’s a great watch with useful features for everyday use. The alarm system is perfect as well as chronograph functions
I think for the money I spent on this watch you would receive introductions on how to set it its function or at least a website to go to to learn about your new watch
I own several Citizen watches, and one of them is nearly 20 years old. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the brand over the years. However, my latest purchase, the Citizen Skyhawk U830, has made me rethink the level of quality that Citizen once offered. At first glance, the watch looks great. But when you examine it closely, you begin to notice that the craftsmanship is not what it used to be. The polishing and finishing are not as refined as on my older Citizen watches. In fact, my 20-year-old Citizen still looks better in some respects. Even the bracelet clasp feels virtually unchanged from what Citizen was using two decades ago, which is surprising. I could probably overlook those issues. What disappointed me most is the lack of a clear, simple, step-by-step setup guide. Configuring the watch and getting it into the correct operating mode is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. Another major disappointment is the backlight. It is barely visible. My older Citizen watches have illumination that is at least three times brighter. I honestly do not understand how this was considered acceptable for a modern watch. While I still appreciate Citizen’s history and reliability, this experience has left me disappointed. Based on this watch, I do not think Citizen will be my first choice when purchasing a watch in the future.
By far my best and desired purchase is this watch, incredibly good looking, strong built-in mechanical piece.
This watch looks great and has the functions I need. I travel for work and having the world time zone feature which can be set easily was a requirement.

I own a lot of watches and was not in the market for another one. However I have a 20 year old Citizen that still works great and love it for its dual time zone. However I was looking for something dressier that still gave me dual time zones (I own a safari company) and need to know what time it is in Africa at a moments glance. This watch does it all. I like the way it is laid out. I like the solar power like my other Citizen and the way it looks. I am very happy with it.
I Love Citizen watches. I have 4 Eco-Drive watches, 2 Automatics, and I had a Gen1 Smartwatch which wasn't repairable. This watch is the ultimate with every feature I could have asked for. I've only had it a short time, but time will tell {sic} how it performs. It's very stylish and the functions are all placed in the right location. The bracelet is superb and the double clasp is ideal. My first Eco-Drive is still running like a top as the others are too. My one downside is Citizen does not explain the setting options very well, but if you use an AI program such as Chat GPT they make the instructions clear and concise. I'd still like to see a Promaster with a fully backlit dial and these features for us folks who either work in a lot of dark situations or low light. Thank you so much for a great watch.
