Won’t work without the app

It works be nice if the watch worked without the app. iPhone closes apps after a while so the watch quits working. It defeats the purpose of having a working smartwatch. Features are limited. Could be a better watch if they tried harder.

This watch was a bit of a let down.

This watch was very disappointing. The display is small and hard to read. Top that with limited function. Reminds me of what a watch from 20 years ago technology would be. And i love citizen watches ..

Disappointed

I am usually a big fan of Citizen watches. I love their Eco Drive technology and the look & feel of their watches. But I was very disappointed with the smart watch I recently recieved. I sent it back. The data display is hard to read ( tiny and poorly illuminated. To get steps and pulse readout was a multi step process ( My Fitbit showed this info instantly). Sorry Citizen, still love my Eco Drive watches but not this poorly designed smart watch.

Could be good for some

I think it could be a great watch for some just not me, reading white text on a black background just didn’t work for me. It has nice features and having old school hands and smart watch tech is cool. I returned mine.
