Beautiful watch and neat features

I was excited when the watch arrived. It’s nice looking and wears well. It’s versatile and can be worn in the gym or dress clothes. It’s not on the tech level as the Apple Watch but more like a FitBit. One knock is the lack of ability to change it to display military time. That is really important to me and the “second time zone” option kind of does that but it will automatically change. I find that frustrating and why I can’t give it a five star review. If they can add a watch face to include a 24hr/military time, I’d be thrilled.

Good, if it's on sale

For the sale price it is a adequate smartwatch. It has the base features of each smartwatch and the analog timekeeping is a unique bonus. The customizable dial and info readout are also useful and not found everywhere. The amount of things it can do is impressive at any price, battery life is great. On the downside I'm surprised Citizen put their name on a piece that keeps time so poorly, unless connected to a phone in which case it's 0.5 seconds from perfect at all times. There exist community features that can be added from the app but are altogether useless for most people. It always tells me there's 0% chance of rain even if it's pouring out, there's no in-app or online help for this. The response time to button presses leaves a lot to be desired.

CZ Scorpion

I wish I knew that I can’t take a shower with my watch. Also, it looks inexpensive.

Mixed feelings about CZ Smart

When I first got my CS Smart watch, I liked both its form and function. Unfortunately, a firmware upgrade introduced an off-by-one error into the timer function. It took me over a week to convince the Customer Service Rep that it was a problem; he kept describing to me the current behavior and I replied numerous times, telling him what the issue is and how the previous version of firmware didn't have that problem. It's unclear to me if he actually escalated the issue since I'm still convinced he doesn't really understand the problem, he could give me no idea of when it might be fixed (which I understand) and, meantime, the function that I use the most on a daily basis has a bug. The CSR was perfectly polite but I'm frustrated that it took a week of back-and-forth for him to acknowledge that it *might* be a problem. Other than that, the watch is fine. Other functions work well and it has great battery life.
