When I first got my CS Smart watch, I liked both its form and function. Unfortunately, a firmware upgrade introduced an off-by-one error into the timer function. It took me over a week to convince the Customer Service Rep that it was a problem; he kept describing to me the current behavior and I replied numerous times, telling him what the issue is and how the previous version of firmware didn't have that problem. It's unclear to me if he actually escalated the issue since I'm still convinced he doesn't really understand the problem, he could give me no idea of when it might be fixed (which I understand) and, meantime, the function that I use the most on a daily basis has a bug. The CSR was perfectly polite but I'm frustrated that it took a week of back-and-forth for him to acknowledge that it *might* be a problem. Other than that, the watch is fine. Other functions work well and it has great battery life.
It's hard to navigate so next time rather get a regular watch
This is nice watch, very well made, but note its nothing more then a secound display, all data is a mirror of your cell phone OS. Some my like this, but since my is always near, im sure this watch is good for me. Well built, top quality, great battery life.
