Not what I expected from Citizen

I love my Eco Drive and this is not what I expected from Citizen. I guess they should stay in their lane and get out of smart watches. The app drains the battery on my smartphone and continually disconnects from the watch. The watch itself is frustrating to use. It's constantly moving the clock hands for notifications. The buttons on the side are large and get accidentally pressed doing the same thing. The backlight is useless so The clasp on my bracelet was vert hard to secure. I'll be returning it.

Don't buy this clunker

Backlight won't come on when I need it to. The faces have like 4 customizations that all suck. My messages will not come up. It constantly vibrates for no reason. Maybe becuase it connects and disconnects constantly. Highly dissapointed

Constantly connecting

The watch is constantly connecting and disconnecting from my phone. All day every day.
