Bought this for my boyfriend for his bday, and he loves his new watch. Got him Hybrid Watch Gen 2, with the stainless grey and black band.
I purchased this last week after pre ordering and waiting for a month. The watch won't connect with the citizen connected app, so basically its unusable.
Nice looking watch at a great price. So far performance have been A+, received 5 days ago. For now i definitively would recommend.
I really appreciate that it has the weight, look and feel of an original watch but also has the Smartwatch Capabilities.
Looks great and once registered through mobile could get started programming the watch. Charging was simple and once I adjust band will wear more often.
This is a great watch! I found the setup easy to do and the information it tracks is exactly what I wanted. The only issue I found was that they haven't opened their api so the sleep tracking app I use, Sleep as Android, can interface with the watch. Other than that, it's great. Battery life is excellent as well.

Really like the look and Options on this Citizen smartwatch. Hoping there are more watchmaker to choose from in the near future from Citizen. That would be my only gripe.

I looked around for some time for the type of smart watch that best fit my taste. After I found the citizen hybrid watch I instantly loved the design, but apprehensive about making the purchase. I spent weeks looking at reviews of the hybrid watch. After weighing my options I decided to purchase it, and have been satisfied so far. There are a couple of things that I feel that citizen could do to make the watch better, but it does exactly what they advertise. It's a beautiful time piece that works very well.
Only issue is the light feature activation sucks. Sometimes I have to tap over and over. Button would be better.
The app asks to rate it too often. I often try to observe some information on the application: but then it annoy me by asking to rate the app every five seconds.
