Smart watch

I replaced an older Citizen Smart Watch. I like the new one, but would prefer a regular watch band that is more adjustable. A local jeweler adjusted the new band, but the watch doesn’t fit right on my wrist.

Same issue. My new watch displays the same network error code. All suggested fixes from Citizen will not help. Sending the watch back to Amazon.

After purchasing the silver CZ Citizen smartwatch last April, which is fantastic, I recently bought the black metal band CZ. This watch will connect to my android and displays a network error code. I am sending the watch back to Amazon. Citizen is a solid and reputable brand and I will try again by ordering a replacement.

Step counter is terrible

Great watch. I really like it. The step counter is terrible. It only counts 50 to 60% of my steps. The main reason I bought this watch was for the step counter. Also bottom center counter on the watch face I use is always on 0. I think it's for running. I'm 72. I don't run. No directions on how to change just this one part if it can be changed at all.

Disappointed

This is my 2nd go at a Citizen smart watch and once again they failed to deliver. I understand that the watch being a hybrid, the smart features would be less than that of an Apple or Samsung watch but the tracking numbers (sleep, steps) are off by 5-7%. Plus I couldn't get notifications to work on my Motorola Razr plus 2023. Very disappointed!!!

Great watch…. Stopped charging

Great watch. Needs some work on the smart side. I generally just used it as an analog watch….. until it stopped charging. Cleaned contacts and tried three new cables. NOTE. Cables are always out of stock through Citizens. I now have a $450 bracelet that looks like a watch.
