I got the new CZ Smart Hybrid Gen-2 free from Influenster and the brands for exchange my honest review. This watch has a classy design with stainless steel case like analog watch and will be nice with any outfits. I heard some people said it is difficult to connect the smart citizen watch with app, however it is very easy for me to setting up this watch with citizen connected app on my smart phone. It has all the functions of a smart watch such as healthy tracking, accurately heart rate monitoring, receiving phone call and messages from your wrist without pulling the phone out. But there is one special thing that I like more than other types of smart watch, is battery, it lasted for almost two weeks until need to recharge. Highly recommend.
Watch is high quality and has a decent feel/weight. Feels more like a traditional watch but lacks the customization that I desire in a smart watch. App is frustrating to use. Any watch I use for work only requires 2 things. Military time and date. The gallery options have only one option with military time and I couldn’t figure out a way to have both military and date display at the same time. Battery life seems to be above average for a smart watch. Improvements to the app experience are needed. (2 apps are required to unlock full experience and neither is all that intuitive. ) Also needed to get a jeweler to adjust watch band.
Very welcoming for this chance to review. The battery life is outstanding. Have worn this watch daily for past two weeks and have 18% left. I wear it for health apps and count my steps. Does not text or read text from phone but lets you know about alerts. I enjoy how it is nice and hefty. I love how it is large on my smaller sized wrist. Was easy to adjust links.
I was surprised when I got my citizen vox box in my mail. The design is really good. It’s sporty and casual at the same time. Smart watch with functions like heart rate, respiration, sleep tracking, steps. It’s the perfect smart watch. Battery last for 18 days and vibrates when notifies a text message or phone call. Also has a light function when it’s dark. I’m so happy and really appreciate to influenster and citizen for giving me an early Christmas 🎄 present. I 💯 percent recommend this watch.

I got this watch send from influenster x citizen for free in exchange for a honest review. This watch is stellar. Compared to my other watches I own. This watch can perform simple task rather than use a phone. Such as timers/stopwatch, can show work outs, tracks heart rate & blood oxygen to name a few. I love how I can see my notifications on this watch & control music as well. One more thing I’d like to point out is it’s super long battery life. Last about 2 weeks more than other watches I know of. So this watch is perfect for me. It’s only down fall for some people maybe be not being a touch screen/ being able to reply to messages. To me personally it isn’t a issue. Pairing with the app is very seamless has a nice bit of customization but quite limited but personally like the way it already comes. Super glad I got this watch sent to me for review. Thank you!

This has probably been my favorite thing I’ve received so far! Love this watch! Perfect size for my thick wrist and I love how customizable the dial is with different stats. Very nice clean look while still offering all of the benefits of a smart watch. This one is a winner and I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking outside of the typical smartwatch experience.

I purchased the CZ Hybrid YF30 (model JX2006-52E) the stainless-steel bracelet with the black bezel. I like the watch. But I had problems with the Citizen Connected app pairing with the watch, this was over the weekend. Finally, later on Tuesday (after Memorial Day) it connected. I was not able to reach customer support, by phone or email. The watch works fine now, but the customer support is not very good. If there was some way to contact customer support, I would have given Five Stars.
It has been a week. The battery is still above 60%. I will say it takes a few days to learn the I phone, but once it does it's a great watch. It is plenty big. If you are looking for more of a timepiece, instead of a computer on your wrist, this is the watch for you.
Why would you build a so called smart watch without an option for a second hand, digital or otherwise? The heart rate and O2 sensor are sketchy at best. Spending over $300 for a "smart watch" is a drop in the bucket for some. For me, it's not. You streamlined a watch to get into the smartwatch market. You also failed terribly.

Looks great, setup was easy. It tracks the metrics I care about, heart rate, sleep, steps. I don’t have the Alexa feature set up, so I don’t get the weather. I wanted a traditional looking watch that will last. Only knock on it is the Stopwatch feature is completely useless. It needs to be reworked or removed.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I have been using the watch for a week now and haven’t charged the battery. I don’t use all the features but I do use a few. I don’t know if the update fixes what people complained about but it works great it looks great and I like it.
Love the watch! The battery life is amazing I went well over 14 days and it was still at 32% from 84% when I first got it. My issues are syncing with CZ Smart Q dashboard, with Google fit. I will clarify I am in the process of working with customer support. I don't think this is a watch issue as much as app driven. But if it is an app issue then that does impact my decision for sure. Only other call out on website is it's not clear that it comes with charging cable so I bought one and it wasn't needed. Will update this review once I have more information from customer support other than what they gave me which was pretty standard. Did I reset the watch, Bluetooth, watch tutorial videos etc. Answer of course was yes!!
You cannot manually log your steps or exercise like you can on a Fitbit
This hybrid watch does exactly what Citizen says it does and is exquisite to boot. The watch is not supposed to be a Garmin or have any detailed smart features, but instead is supposed to have long battery life along with the smart-watch-basics. The watch has all of that and more. Indeed, I find that it tracks my sleep more accurately than many other smart watches and the APP is elegant and more extensive than with other smart devices considering the second CZ smart app. This is a watch for show and is beautiful as a men's watch. I am glad to have added it to my watch collection and will be purchasing more Citizen products in the future (indeed, the one glitch I experienced the Citizen customer service department got back to me in less than an hour and resolved my problems!).
