I bought a new CZ Smart Hybrid watch 2nd gen twice. I couldn't set up it with Citizen Connected App. It was showing network error 400301. I returned it to Citizen because I was thinking that is a defective one but when I got the second one - it shows the same error. Tried to install the Citizen Connected App on different phones (iPhone and Android), tried it on different Wi-Fi networks (and with cell data), and got the same result - network error 400301. It looks like is an App issue. Tried to complain to the Citizen Watch team and got an answer - it's a network error and please check your internet connection. It's just ridiculous. Waste of time and money!

Thanks to influencer for allowing me to review this watch it was an amazing product I like how it doesn't even look like a smart watch. It has help a lot to keep track of my walking steps and it allows me to keep track of my messages and my health it a huge help. The health app I had some trouble with cause it wouldnt recognize that the watch was connected to my phone. But otherwise I was able to use it with the Google health app. And that worked amazing. If anyone is looking for a really nice smart watch that has style and doesn't look like a smart watch I would recommend it. I give the watch a 4.5 out of 5 stars cause I didn't like the band but that's the only issue I had with the watch. Otherwise it was amazing. Thanks again to influencer for the chance to test and review this smart watch
Love all of the amazing smart features like steps, heartbeat and sleep cycles! I love definitely doesn't look like a smart watch with its super sleek design and blue band. Very classy watch

I love this watch. It gives the feel of a classic watch yet still links to the phone, sends all the notifications, and tracks my fitness goals. The arms of the watch moves to a neutral position so messages can be read. The face lights up with two simple taps so it is still accessible in the dark! It’s everything needed right on your wrist.

It is stylish that i can wear it out to dinner, but comfortable enough to wear during workouts. It is a little heavier than other smart watches, but not uncomfortable. The apps are a nice feature. I received the CZ Smart Hybrid Sport smartwatch as a gift several months ago, and I have been absolutely thrilled with it! The unique style, sleek design, and customizable watch faces set it apart from other smartwatches on the market, and I love how it seamlessly blends with any outfit. You can easily access standard wellness stats like steps, heart rate, and more on the watch. It's also great to see that it's compatible with both Apple and Android phones. Moreover, the battery life is quite impressive. It's stated that it will last up to 18 days based on usage, and I've been consistently getting around 14-15 days on average. Plus, it only takes about 40 minutes to charge it to 100%. The real magic happens with the included app (no subscription required!) called YouQ. It gathers insights from my sleep-wake patterns and alertness levels, helping me understand my natural rhythms and even forecasting highs and lows in my energy. This feature makes it much easier to plan my day effectively. I'm a fan of CZ Smart and am looking forward to using it to develop better habits!

Overall it does a decent job of keeping track of your heart rate, blood oxygen level and the steps you have walked throughout the day and the watch looks rather nice. However I feel that the user interface is rather clunky and at times it appears to lag sometimes taking 10 seconds before it does what you ask it to. Also I find that it misses a few of the exercise options that I participate in. This is somewhat remedied by the fact that you can pair the watch to work with Google Fitness which does an excellent job of tracking your exercise and it has many of the options that I participate in.

I have had an iWatch for a long time. So to try the CZ smart watch was exciting. It came up short though. The software seemed to be a little laggy. I was not a fan of the not being able to speak on it. One day the watch just stopped communicating with my phone. It is nice but I did not have the greatest experience with it.

The watch is beautiful but, being a hybrid, has only limited Smart Functions and too small digital display. The mechanical hands get in the way of the display. It would have been better if they made it 100% digital. The screen is also inconsistently responsive. I had a hard time connecting to the app. Often it would not find the watch. I would wear this because it looks cool but the smart functions are weak.
This is an amazing watch! Not only is the watch very high tech and fashionable , it’s also very comfortable and easy to use ! It's your all in one watch.

Although I have not let the battery run all the way down, the advertised battery life appears legit. The screen is easily read in direct sunlight. I’m still adjusting to the active calories (vice total calories) calculation. It certainly complicates monitoring calorie intake versus output for weight loss. In addition, the calculated calories burned during exercise falls far short of what my polar heart rate monitor, Peloton and old Fitbit calculated. The biggest problem is with the App. The “For You” tiles are not editable and the first ones shown are basically spam: Sign Up for Offers, App News and Instagram. You have to scroll right to find useful functions: Set an Alarm, Workout Results and Preferences shortcut. In general the menus are not intuitive. For example, the Set an Alarm shortcut in “For You” does not provide any way to get to all alarms on the watch. For that you have to tap the watch icon, then the setting gear then alarms.
I like the watch but the app running all the time is very annoying. This is the only app I've had that doesn't allow itself to be shutoff or only run while being used. Pairing was also difficult.
I am happy with the battery life, not so much with the app and face options, etc.
Nice watch i thought I found my perfect Smartwatch. All function which I need, still looks like a normal watch without any technical stuff I wont need. Unfortunately after just 2 weeks the screen is frozen and nothing works anymore. The support was also not really uhelpful. As I left the country for a longer period and this should have been my watch for my trip there is nothing what I can do. I have a useless very exspensive watch which is not working and I dont know when I can return it. I wish the quality controll would be a bit better for a watch of this price point. I knew that the Fossil hybrids which are using the same technic having the same issue somehow I still trusted into the Citizen one.

Looks great and offers way more battery life than my Apple Watch. Set up was super easy as well. Charging is easy and it monitors my heart rate, steps and more. Battery lasted longer than a week.
