I received the CZ Smart Hybrid Sport smartwatch as a gift several months ago, and I have been absolutely thrilled with it! The unique style, sleek design, and customizable watch faces set it apart from other smartwatches on the market, and I love how it seamlessly blends with any outfit. You can easily access standard wellness stats like steps, heart rate, and more on the watch. It's also great to see that it's compatible with both Apple and Android phones. Moreover, the battery life is quite impressive. It's stated that it will last up to 18 days based on usage, and I've been consistently getting around 14-15 days on average. Plus, it only takes about 40 minutes to charge it to 100%. The real magic happens with the included app (no subscription required!) called YouQ. It gathers insights from my sleep-wake patterns and alertness levels, helping me understand my natural rhythms and even forecasting highs and lows in my energy. This feature makes it much easier to plan my day effectively. I'm a fan of CZ Smart and am looking forward to using it to develop better habits!

It is stylish that i can wear it out to dinner, but comfortable enough to wear during workouts. It is a little heavier than other smart watches, but not uncomfortable. The apps are a nice feature. Took a little time to get it synched for the first time but instructions provided were clear and concise.

I love this watch. It gives the feel of a classic watch yet still links to the phone, sends all the notifications, and tracks my fitness goals. The arms of the watch moves to a neutral position so messages can be read. The face lights up with two simple taps so it is still accessible in the dark! It’s everything needed right on your wrist.

Love all of the amazing smart features like steps, heartbeat and sleep cycles! I love definitely doesn't look like a smart watch with its super sleek design and blue band. Very classy watch

Thanks to influencer for allowing me to review this watch it was an amazing product I like how it doesn't even look like a smart watch. It has help a lot to keep track of my walking steps and it allows me to keep track of my messages and my health it a huge help. The health app I had some trouble with cause it wouldnt recognize that the watch was connected to my phone. But otherwise I was able to use it with the Google health app. And that worked amazing. If anyone is looking for a really nice smart watch that has style and doesn't look like a smart watch I would recommend it. I give the watch a 4.5 out of 5 stars cause I didn't like the band but that's the only issue I had with the watch. Otherwise it was amazing. The watch is beautiful but, being a hybrid, has only limited Smart Functions and too small digital display. The mechanical hands get in the way of the display. It would have been better if they made it 100% digital. The screen is also inconsistently responsive. I had a hard time connecting to the app. Often it would not find the watch. I would wear this because it looks cool but the smart functions are weak.

I was not a fan of the not being able to speak on it. One day the watch just stopped communicating with my phone. It is nice but I did not have the greatest experience with it.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to this watch. Overall it does a decent job of keeping track of your heart rate, blood oxygen level and the steps you have walked throughout the day and the watch looks rather nice. However I feel that the user interface is rather clunky and at times it appears to lag sometimes taking 10 seconds before it does what you ask it to. Also I find that it misses a few of the exercise options that I participate in. This is somewhat remedied by the fact that you can pair the watch to work with Google Fitness which does an excellent job of tracking your exercise and it has many of the options that I participate in.

I returned it to Citizen because I was thinking that is a defective one but when I got the second one - it shows the same error. Tried to install the Citizen Connected App on different phones (iPhone and Android), tried it on different Wi-Fi networks (and with cell data), and got the same result - network error 400301. It looks like is an App issue. Tried to complain to the Citizen Watch team and got an answer - it's a network error and please check your internet connection. It's just ridiculous. Waste of time and money!

This has been a great watch, I like how you can decide how you want to have the layout on your watch.
This is my second Citizen watch, and like the first, I think this one will work for me. The setup was fairly simple and I like the format of this "smart" watch. For a 75-year-old, even I was able to figure it out, and I HATE technology but wanted the pedometer function, and it works the way I want it to.
Need to have written instructions with the watch it took a while to figure everything out. Still learning
CZ Smartwatch is better than Fitbit I had. More solid feel and quality construction. Notices stay awhile before disappearing. Google Fit is a great companion . Has accurate weather and heart rate . Tons of apps for information you need, plus Alexa that works better than Fitbit .Use it for steps heart rate , and oxygen levels. Sleep monitor is more accurate as well. Looks great feels great, works great.
This watch is everything I was hoping for and more. Looks great and giving me all the health data I'm looking for.
Got this watch for the look and that it tracked health data. I'm decent weight and don't snore, but after a week of watching the data I noticed my SPO2 was low over night. Went to the doctor...long story short, got a sleep study and I have severe sleep apena. Thanks to my watch I'm on the road to recovery.

Absolutely love this watch! Glad I purchased every time look at it. I have large wrists but have never been a fan of huge watches. This is a perfect balance of size, height, weight etc. Looks significant but doesn't get snagged on stuff constantly or look ostentatious. Features are perfect for me. I like the balance of simplicity and yet it can still do what other smart watches do. I recently bought and returned an Amazfit Trex 2 because I was always fiddling with it and was never quite happy with it's setup. The Citizen has been good to go from the start. I didn't feel the need to mess with new watch faces or spend a bunch of time setting up apps I'll never use. Set it up, learn the interface over a few days and it'll be second nature in no time. It's getting alternated with a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar and I don't feel like I'm missing features. Built in Alexa is super useful for me. Not sure what other people's complaints are about the Citizen phone app, it works flawlessly and is easy to navigate. Lastly, battery life is much better than expected. Have had it for two weeks and haven't charged it yet. Never actually charged it either and I use it all day to quick read messages etc. All health tracking is on also. Build quality is top notch down to the band etc. Seriously if you're looking for a feature rich, simpler and more rugged smart watch... don't look anywhere else!
