Well made!

The watch is well made and rugged. I like the strap bc it’s easy to clean and does not smell. I wear it to the gym, fishing, hunting, and to the beach. The watch is simple to use and I didn’t even read the instructions. The watch has a QR code and was easy to install the app and connect the Watch. The Watch has everything you need to make your day better. I will recommend to everyone IK ow. Thank you

Impressed by the array of features!

I received the CZ Smart Hybrid Sport smartwatch as a gift several months ago, and I have been absolutely thrilled with it! The unique style, sleek design, and customizable watch faces set it apart from other smartwatches on the market, and I love how it seamlessly blends with any outfit. You can easily access standard wellness stats like steps, heart rate, and more on the watch. It's also great to see that it's compatible with both Apple and Android phones. Moreover, the battery life is quite impressive. It's stated that it will last up to 18 days based on usage, and I've been consistently getting around 14-15 days on average. Plus, it only takes about 40 minutes to charge it to 100%. The real magic happens with the included app (no subscription required!) called YouQ. It gathers insights from my sleep-wake patterns and alertness levels, helping me understand my natural rhythms and even forecasting highs and lows in my energy. This feature makes it much easier to plan my day effectively. I'm a fan of CZ Smart and am looking forward to using it to develop better habits!

Mix feeling

I have mixed feelings when it comes to this watch. Overall it does a decent job of keeping track of your heart rate, blood oxygen level and the steps you have walked throughout the day and the watch looks rather nice. However I feel that the user interface is rather clunky and at times it appears to lag sometimes taking 10 seconds before it does what you ask it to. Also I find that it misses a few of the exercise options that I participate in. This is somewhat remedied by the fact that you can pair the watch to work with Google Fitness which does an excellent job of tracking your exercise and it has many of the options that I participate in.

Good watch but comes up short.

I have had an iWatch for a long time. So to try the CZ smart watch was exciting. It came up short though. The software seemed to be a little laggy. I was not a fan of the not being able to speak on it. One day the watch just stopped communicating with my phone. It is nice but I did not have the greatest experience with it.

Limited Smart Functions

The watch is beautiful but, being a hybrid, has only limited Smart Functions and too small digital display. The mechanical hands get in the way of the display. It would have been better if they made it 100% digital. The screen is also inconsistently responsive. I had a hard time connecting to the app. Often it would not find the watch. I would wear this because it looks cool but the smart functions are weak.

Almost perfect. Wish hands were illuminated.

I bought this watch mostly to track my running distance and I like it much more than I anticipated. I like that it has actual physical hands and that the display is very minimalist without any clutter. The battery life is awesome (like 2 weeks on one charge). There are two things I wish would be different but there is no way to give 4.5 stars :-) 1) I wish the hands were illuminated. When I run in the morning I cannot really see the time. The display light is hard to activate (it should be on double tap but works for me only sometimes) and does not really help much (it's very uneven and the hands are still hard to find). 2) The glass is mineral. I wish it was sapphire. I have a few other watches and they all have sapphire crystal so it should not be a big deal.

Nice watch, nice look

Nice watch. Somewhat difficult to customize and link to your devices and apps. Still having some issues, can't get calls yet (Sigh)....

Perfectly simplified heavy duty smart watch

Absolutely love this watch! Glad I purchased every time look at it. I have large wrists but have never been a fan of huge watches. This is a perfect balance of size, height, weight etc. Looks significant but doesn't get snagged on stuff constantly or look ostentatious. Features are perfect for me. I like the balance of simplicity and yet it can still do what other smart watches do. I recently bought and returned an Amazfit Trex 2 because I was always fiddling with it and was never quite happy with it's setup. The Citizen has been good to go from the start. I didn't feel the need to mess with new watch faces or spend a bunch of time setting up apps I'll never use. Set it up, learn the interface over a few days and it'll be second nature in no time. It's getting alternated with a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar and I don't feel like I'm missing features. Built in Alexa is super useful for me. Not sure what other people's complaints are about the Citizen phone app, it works flawlessly and is easy to navigate. Lastly, battery life is much better than expected. Have had it for two weeks and haven't charged it yet. Never actually charged it either and I use it all day to quick read messages etc. All health tracking is on also. Build quality is top notch down to the band etc. Seriously if you're looking for a feature rich, simpler and more rugged smart watch... don't look anywhere else!
