expected more

Well i got my watch and found it very hard to customize and the design is very bland and basic. I was sorry that I did not choose a more flexible model Or better still I should have purchased a Samsung galaxy model.

App needs work

The watch is great, but app needs work specially with google fit going away next year, so much of NASA and Ai in the watch and not taking advantage of it’s maximum potential.

Citizen watches are a very good brand to buy. This particular watch is fantastic.

Great watch with a few bugs.

Very nice watch. Stylish, got compliments on it. Battery is excellent, after 2 weeks I was still at 40 percent in the winter. However, it will not synch with several fitness apps and send my heatrate data to those apps. Apple watch is the only reliable brand to do that. Also does not synch from the app in the morning sometimes unless I turn bluetooth on my phone off and on.
