The watch looks really nice but the tech isn't really good. The watch keeps on losing connection to the phone. The description said 10 meters, not a chance. I keep losing connection within the house, on the same level, couple feet away and it's gone. When it's connected and you receive a notification at night, impossible to read, the light doesn't come on automatically, you need to double tap all the time as the light doesn't stay long enough for you to read. Contacted customer service, they told that they could take a look at it but I need to pay to ship it to them. My feeling is that I'll have to spend more money and they will tell me that the watch is fine. Wish I would have purchased a classic eco-drive watch for nights out and another ''real'' smart watch.
The watch is great, but app needs work specially with google fit going away next year, so much of NASA and Ai in the watch and not taking advantage of it’s maximum potential.
Citizen watches are a very good brand to buy. This particular watch is fantastic.
This watch is sharp looking and I was excited to get it. In order to get this watches full functionality you need to download not one but two apps. The citizen app allows you to customize the watches face which is really cool with a ton and of options. When you want to see things such as how well you slept, power score, chronotype, and more you need to go to the other app. All in all, it’s cool watch with a ton of customizable options, the ability to see workouts, and help keep track of your health. Personally I feel a person needs to be tech savvy and not minding being on their phone for the different options. If everything was in one app I would like and feel more people would enjoy it.
