What I love about the Citizen CZ smart watch is that it studies you and learns your specific habits and needs. Then it gives tips and tricks to help me meet my daily/weekly goals. Other smart watches I've tried are loud, light up really bright and can be noisy at times and in places that I don't want it to be (like in the middle of a meeting). This one is quiet - you don't know it's a smart watch unless I tell you. It's a sophisticated smart watch and goes seamlessly with my work or evening dinner outfits with the switch of a band. Lastly, the battery life is the best thing ever. I honestly wish all my electronics would hold a charge for up to 18 days. Would definitely recommend and would love to see more CZ hybrid smart watches for women and in more finishes.

Loved this watch but after one year it went dark. It will not charge no matter what I try, confirmed charging rings are clean, confirmed pins are good, tried using different outlets.
This watch is complicated and very difficult to use. It requires multiple apps on your phone and gets confusing when trying to retrieve and review data. If you are in to high tech it might be the one for you, but it is way to complex for someone that just wants to monitor the basic vitals and count steps.
Not worth it. Waste of money. Watch does nothing but give heart rate and steps. Can’t send mail or really red it at night. Very small type. Basically the worst watch I have ever bought for functions. Well built and tells good time. Selling mine on FB marketplace to try to recoup some of my hard earned money.
I wanted a smart watch that looked like a watch. Exactly what I got. The pros - great battery life, great style, easy operation. Cons - If your looking for all the features of a smart watch you get many but not all. Depends on what features you really need. I also ordered a leather strap with the watch and it is on the short side of length.
