What I love about the Citizen CZ smart watch is that it studies you and learns your specific habits and needs. Then it gives tips and tricks to help me meet my daily/weekly goals. Other smart watches I've tried are loud, light up really bright and can be noisy at times and in places that I don't want it to be (like in the middle of a meeting). This one is quiet - you don't know it's a smart watch unless I tell you. It's a sophisticated smart watch and goes seamlessly with my work or evening dinner outfits with the switch of a band. Lastly, the battery life is the best thing ever. I honestly wish all my electronics would hold a charge for up to 18 days. Would definitely recommend and would love to see more CZ hybrid smart watches for women and in more finishes.

I turned off all notifications expect emails, texts, and one other messaging app i use with my kids. Things to consider: smartwatches work best when worn 24/7, however since it is a dress watch and not and athletic watch, i find that my wrist is ready for a break by the end of the day. Obviously, the display is not in color and it is not a touchscreen. You navigate the watch by using the 3 buttons on the side. If you want a color display or touchscreen, this is not the watch for you. Notifications such as text messages interupt the workout screen during a workout, then you have to navigate your way back to the workout screen. There should be an easy way to dismiss notifications when you're in the middle of a workout. Hopefully this can be fixed I'm a future software update. It does not have good visibility in the dark. I live my Citizens Smart Hybrid. It has the benefitsof a smart watch with the looks we live from Citizens. The battery life is phenomenal also. 1 charge last over a week!!!

Its 2025, by now all phones and watches are waterproof, not just water resistant. They survive a dive in the toilet or in the pool.. yet your hybrid watches can't. Why? I'll never know.
So, it's not perfect and there are things I wish were different but, it's one of the few hybrid smartwatches out there. I wanted to go with an actual watchmaker over a GPS company and Citizen has a better warranty. The e-ink screen is nice but takes a little getting used to the delay. Coming from a Fitbit there's a lot of delay and this isn't a fitness focused watch. But I wanted an upgrade style-wise and that's what I got. I've had it for a couple of weeks and so far I don't regret not getting another Fitbit.

I purchased the smartwatch and after about a year it stopped working. I returned it for repairs and they mailed me the watch back after approximately 2 months and stated they cannot repair this watch because they cannot get parts for it. I only wear this watch on Sundays maybe once or twice a month. The watch was still in warranty and it cost me over $450.00 dollars. Don’t buy this watch.

I was looking for a watch that looked nice but also had smart watch features. This watch does just that looks great, keeps track of health items, tells me who is calling and has many more features. My only disappointment was I thought the screen was color but it is only grey scale; it’s nice and I have grown to appreciate it. I am glad I got this watch.
Loved this watch but after one year it went dark. It will not charge no matter what I try, confirmed charging rings are clean, confirmed pins are good, tried using different outlets.
This watch is complicated and very difficult to use. It requires multiple apps on your phone and gets confusing when trying to retrieve and review data. If you are in to high tech it might be the one for you, but it is way to complex for someone that just wants to monitor the basic vitals and count steps.

Cons - If your looking for all the features of a smart watch you get many but not all. Depends on what features you really need. I also ordered a leather strap with the watch and it is on the short side of length.
