What I love about the Citizen CZ smart watch is that it studies you and learns your specific habits and needs. Then it gives tips and tricks to help me meet my daily/weekly goals. Other smart watches I've tried are loud, light up really bright and can be noisy at times and in places that I don't want it to be (like in the middle of a meeting). This one is quiet - you don't know it's a smart watch unless I tell you. It's a sophisticated smart watch and goes seamlessly with my work or evening dinner outfits with the switch of a band. Lastly, the battery life is the best thing ever. I honestly wish all my electronics would hold a charge for up to 18 days. Would definitely recommend and would love to see more CZ hybrid smart watches for women and in more finishes.
I live my Citizens Smart Hybrid. It has the benefitsof a smart watch with the looks we live from Citizens. The battery life is phenomenal also. 1 charge last over a week!!!

Overall i think this is a very good watch, but it's not for everybody. The battery lasts forever and charges quickly with the included charger, which is magnetic on the back of the watch. It is a special charger, so if you lose it you would need to buy a new one. You can customize a lot within the app, including a ton of different watch faces. I also appreciate that you can fully customize what apps you get notifications for on the watch. However, it was initially set to ALL, so i was getting an insane amount of notifications on the watch, including turn by turn directions when driving. I turned off all notifications expect emails, texts, and one other messaging app i use with my kids. Things to consider: smartwatches work best when worn 24/7, however since it is a dress watch and not and athletic watch, i find that my wrist is ready for a break by the end of the day. Obviously, the display is not in color and it is not a touchscreen. You navigate the watch by using the 3 buttons on the side. If you want a color display or touchscreen, this is not the watch for you. Notifications such as text messages interupt the workout screen during a workout, then you have to navigate your way back to the workout screen. I wanted a smart watch that looked like a watch. Exactly what I got. The pros - great battery life, great style, easy operation. Cons - If your looking for all the features of a smart watch you get many but not all. Depends on what features you really need. I also ordered a leather strap with the watch and it is on the short side of length.
I decided to purchase the watch after a bit of research. I own another Citizen eco-drive and have been very happy with it and thought I’d try the Smart Hybrid. The smart functions work well with some quirks which I expected from reading reviews. Overall I like the watch but it does not have the true functionality of a smartwatch. I’ve only been using it for about a week. Quality of the watch and band are good.
