Having a terribly hard time with the band and setting up. Called support. New pilot and im just real frustrated and regretting this purchase.

Alarms and Countdown timer

I am returning the watch! I got it for the alarms but I can't hear them. Why make an alarm watch you can't hear???

Returned haven't received the refund after 2 month

This is a great watch. My dad loves it. I have to return the one I bought online because he already bought one from retail store. However, I haven't received refund after returning it back for two months. I'm very disappointed about the after sales. Otherwise I would give five stars
