I bought this watch a month and half ago. I wore it for 3 DAYS ONLY. Now I do admit that I wore this watch to work, and I work in a factory that has chemicals in it. BUT, for CITIZEN to tell me and the Jeweler who sent the watch back to them, that this is NORMAL is WRONG. Like I said, this is just 3 DAYS of wearing it and you can see in the photo the scuff and the silver showing through on the black band. My Jeweler paid to have the band replaced, but I think this is pretty POOR SERVICE from CITIZEN. I will say that the watch and the workings are very nice, but I am sure that the black on the outside of the watch will come off in no time as well, and my Black Watch will become a Stainless steel watch on it's own.
I attempted to order this watch. However your system glitched and said the order did NOT go through after entering all my info. I took a screen shot but I will not bother uploading it. Customer service was closed it was a Sunday.I ordered the watch from Macy's instead. What a surprise when 2 days later I received a shipping confirmation. I NEVER received an order confirmation. Immediately chat room customer service with Ryan, you CANNOT have a verbal discussion with anyone and he blasely told me to just return it. However they charged my account for the $600 purchase price and it will be weeks before my money is returned.
