Sad and waited time

I just bought this watch and can not set it. Watched the videos for a day. Can not talk to Customers Service only M/F 9to5. I work 9 hour days. Does not not come with a manual. Both the Citizen Customers Service and My Pilate Store that I bought this from are closed. This was my Birthday Gift to me. Crazy Times.

For the Monies required to Purchase this Watch - it is not worth it. It is too complicated to set / reset and is hard to read. No owner's Manual was sent with this Watch. Trying to DownLoad the appropriate Manual was tiring and unfruitful. To Honor the Blue Angels and their History - this Watch could have been a higher quality Item and more straightforward for the Monies involved.

I love this watch. I have owned Rolex, Cartier Pasha, You name it. I never thought I would find the perfect watch for such little money. Great everyday watch. They ask me what kind of watch it is? and I say "that's my blue angel"
