No Radio Signal

I spent over a week following the online instructions, which were not very useful. The only thing I could see was that the radio signal wasn't reaching the watch. I ended up sending the watch back.

Terrible customer support

Sorry I bought this watch. DIfficult to set. Emailed CS to ask for help and no one has responded. Regretting this purchase for sure.

Great Watch?

I love the look of this watch. The features are great! So, what’s the issue?? It is COMPLICATED. Trying to set the watch back from daylight savings has taken 3 customer service reps and still not fixed!

Watch For The Little Man

Tiny, thin watch but beautiful. I like a watch with some substance…not a charm bracelet.

Almost, but not quit

Have looked at this watch several times considering a purchase, but is it a stainless steel watch with gold coloured accents ot a child coloured watch with stainless steel accent. Make up your mind.

Beautiful watch...difficult to set

Beautiful watch, awesome design and function...BUT, it's by far the most complicated and difficult to set the time. I couldn't set it so I took it to 2 Citizen watch retailers and the couldn't set it. So, I think maybe it should be set before shipping if possible.

A star less than complete satisfaction

This is my second Skyhawk. My first one is black with a metal band. I was able to adjust it to fit perfect. The battery cell has also been rock solid. It's 4 years old and holds a high charge. Now onto this one. The fit is either too loose or too tight. The leather band cannot be adjusted without putting a hole in it. Not an option. The battery on this one is finicky. It needs to be recharged often otherwise it drops down to under half. This watch is about 8 months old.

I have 3 Citizen watches, Blue Angel,Promaster Eco in orange & Eco drive Diver in turqoise. Love all 3,very accurate needs no battery & sets time by Radio signal while youre asleep..

Promaster Skyhawk AT

This watch is an instant classic. Great styling. The brushed aluminum body and gold lugs are just right for professional or dress causal wear. It is a little larger than a traditional dress watch, and who really knows what to use the dial around the face is for (no instructions with the watch), but I would highly recommend adding this to your watch collection.

I am beyond pleased with my new watch. It looks a thousand times nicer in person vs online. Citizen knocked it out of the park with the Promaster Skyhawk.
