Great customer service and product

There was a mistake on the price of my watch, a sale ended while I was waiting for a return off another watch to be posted, they honored the sales price on my promaster Skyhawk, super impressed, they took great care of me. And the watch is amazingly beautiful, great craftsmanship.

My favorite watch so far

I love the watch and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. However, I notice that I didn't get the Pro Master case with my watch and I bought it at a Citizen retailer. How did others get their case?
