Back in September I bought the Promaster Navihawk AT8227-56x as a birthday present for myself. When I started to look for information online, YouTube review videos and like, I discovered how much information is out there about citizen watches. Started to fall in love with this watch as there are seemingly tons of videos reviewing all the different variations of the Skyhawks. One review I read said titanium needs to be experienced, and now that I am the proud owner of this watch I couldn’t agree more. The black dial is cool looking and legible but what makes this watch extra supercalifragilistic are the orange accents on the bezel.I saw the same watch without them, maybe from a foreign market, and I didn’t like it quite as much.I once read that these watches are set it and forget it but that’s not the case. When mine arrived I opened the box and saw that it was telling the correct time already. So after trying it on and staring at it for a long time(I mean a long time) I started to check out the functions which I already knew a lot about. So you shouldn’t have to set it but you’re not gonna forget it.I am so glad I decided to purchase this watch even though I had just purchased my Navihawk a few months earlier. So after years of drooling over really cool citizen watches at whatever jewelry store or counter I happened to be at,I am the proud owner of this awesome Skyhawk also.I am one happy happy.
I have had great experience with Citizen Eco-Drive in the past, so this was my go-to first choice. I wanted Titanium and the multi-time-zone capabilities, so the Skyhawk A-T came out on top. I am not disappointed - great quality and features.
Tremendous watch and very light as mentioned, but for all the technology going into it how did they not place a bright LED into the light function. At night or when camping the backlit function is barely noticeable.
I have several Skyhawk and navihawk watches that are in steel. While those are all excellent they are larger and after wearing them all day you can definitely start to notice it is there on your wrist. This titanium version is significantly lighter and almost feels as if you are not wearing it at all. I am looking forward to wearing this one often.
I just got the Promaster AT in titanium, and already it is my favorite watch among many I own. This is my third Citizen, the other two the Blue Angels version. All are great watches, but this one is a special beauty. I own a $3,000 Tag Heurer, but the Promaster AT remains at the top of my charts. I honestly don't know what more anyone could want or expect in a watch: beautiful, durable, light, always dead-on accurate, no winding and no batteries, World Time, and reasonably priced for what you get. Citizen always does it right.
Love the watch. I wish there was a way to talk to a knowledgeable person and not day old emails
Excellent and Accurate easy to operate
Guys and gals get this watch. If you are looking for a gift that is tough as it is light look no further. Accurate, easy to read, feature packed, great looking, and light. I have the stainless version of this watch and let me just say it’s a tank. Then you put this titanium version on and it’s a clear winner. The watch is eerily light weight despite being the same dimensions. This watch has never let me down. Switching time zones when traveling is such a nice feature. I get so many looks any this watch. Definitely a must add to your collection or gifts for your partner.
I bought my Citizen chronograph watch 18 years ago from an official showroom in Pakistan, and since that day, it has never let me down. Through all seasons, travels, and life events, it has delivered nothing but perfect time and reliable performance. Even after nearly two decades, the watch still looks elegant and functions flawlessly. That kind of quality and craftsmanship is rare — and it speaks volumes about Citizen as a brand. Now living in Houston, USA, I’m saving up to buy my next Citizen — possibly the Promaster Skyhawk or a new chronograph model. The passion I have for Citizen watches is something that’s grown with me over the years, and I can’t wait to continue this journey with a new timepiece on my wrist. Highly recommended for anyone who values precision, durability, and timeless style. Citizen truly earns its name — a brand for the people, built to last.
Great product. Very happy.
