Purchased a Promaster Skyhawk A-T JY8125-54L watch

I purchased a Promaster Skyhawk A-T JY8125-54L with helmet display and found it cheaper at another dealer at about $165.00 at a total cost saving on cyber Monday and contacted Citizens and they check the site selling cheaper and did agree to refund all except tax paid . Now the cheaper dealer offered free shipping as well and NO TAX to my home State Of Ohio . Now please remember I all ready had the watch still in the unopened box and explained if they citizens would not refund the difference and the tax I paid I will keep it . Or I will send the watch back for a full refund and purchase the cheaper price for the same watch and would not have to pay tax which came out to around $40 or so dollars and they refused and at my request sent me a return postpaid postage to return the watch and that is what I did . And I did ordered and received the same exact watch for about $175 . I could understand if I was ordering but all ready had the watch . So in closing I will give them credit for agreeing to reduce the watch but would not refund me the tax I paid even when I told listen I all ready have the watch and can get it over $100 cheaper and No tax a difference of $40 or so .So my review Not real happy with their response. Only trying to work with me half way why would I want to loss $40 that is ridiculous.

Almost

It is a beautiful watch and is keeping time to the second. However, there was one small glitch in that I followed the instructions for fitting the watch faithfully but received the watch too tight to allow me to wear it. I have taken it to the local Fred Myers where they were able to fix the problem, at a nominal cost. At my age (89) this unplanned outing was not on my agenda.

Great watch!

This watch is beautiful and well worth the purchase price. The only difficulty is the going through complex instructions for setting the watch and understanding all of the features that are available. Once it is set, it is a joy to wear and I get a lot of compliments on it!

Blue angels

Received the watch and it looks great. Wish that it had directions on how to set everything. Went to download it and 60 pages. Had it set for 71/2 band length and it came at 6-3/4 length. Had to take it to jeweler to add links. It was an added cost I did not appreciate. Other than that great watch

Great timepiece

The Promaster Skyhawk is everything I expected. Beautiful timepiece! A couple of suggestions though- why not set-up the time and location before shipping the watch? Why not have a “quick set-up” reference guide included with the timepiece?

Not as Pictured

The online picture shows the outer ring to be a lighter blue color. On my watch the outer ring looks black in most lighting. Only in natural sunlight does it appear as very very dark blue. Also, pictures of the upper two right sub-dials are inconsistent online. In some pictures, the cross hairs and inner circle colors are white, in others they are yellow. On my watch they are yellow. I was told my watch should look like the online picture. This is both confusing and incorrect. Other watches in store look like my watch.

Love this watch, The only issue that I have is being unable to connect to the atomic time radio feature. its a nice timepiece.

watch was not as pictured

the picture in most of the adds about this watch the outside ring appears to be blue. the watch I received is definitely Black. Not color blind. i returned the watch and got a replacement sent literally overnight. the second watch is the same.??? i just decided to keep it

Nice digital watch!!

Very nice watch. I have 2 other Citizen watches and happy with both of those as well. Glad that the Instruction book was online. Makes it easier to figure out how it works instead of a booklet with super small print!
