Cool, but frustrating.....

I have owned the watch for two weeks. I have an iPhone 12. Initial Impression: I bought this watch because it looks like a watch. i don't like the square smart watches. Also I own multiple Citizen watches and I have enjoyed their quality, time-keeping, and style over the past 15 years. I wore an analog Citizen daily and this seemed like a good transition to the smartwatch world. I love the style and size of this watch. I love the options for bands it comes with. I enjoy that it has multiple analog faces that I can choose from. The screen is bright and easy to read. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. Pros I like the options in app. I like the time-keeping and the wear OS app is generally good along with Google fit. I work out every day and it seems to keep all my stats well. I have been happy with its performance in this regard. Cons Battery life is is frustratingly short. I barely get a day out of it. I want to use some features like tilt-to-wake etc but it drains the battery too fast. I still have not figured out how to get text message notifications on the watch. I have reset it multiple times and read every instruction. The iPhone doesn't seems to mesh well with the watch. The BIGGEST con is that this watch monopolizes my bluetooth. My phone stopped connecting to my car and my bluetooth speaker after connecting to the watch. This is a horrible aspect about this watch and one that quite frankly makes me not want to wear it. I need to turn bluetooth off on the watch and then my phone connects to everything again just fine. I kinda wish I could return it and do more research into a device that worked more seamlessly with my iPhone but that wasn't an Apple Watch.

Performance

I am really struggling with this watch! It will not stay connected to my phone and there isn’t helpful advice available

CZ disappointment

Looks great ! it has some great functions, but it is not so user friendly! the app is useless and I have not been able to register my watch to get the warranty. I cant believe this is only a water resistance and not a water proof watch ! the instruction clearly state to not even take showers with it, it is supposed to be an workout watch .. I'm very disappointed

Poor battery life

I love the look, feel, and operation of my Citizen smart watch. It’s a great size for me, solid, and great looking. Unfortunately, battery life has dropped significantly in the few weeks I’ve owned it. Day long wear was possible at first, but now it’s in power saving mode within a few hours. A feature like sleep tracking is something I’d definitely use, but there’s no way the battery life supports even trying it. I want to rave about this watch the way I do about my other citizens, but his one is a disappointment.

Research before buying.

This product is nice but after I purchased the smart watch I learned that this is the same watch that fossil has for double the price. I bought the watch thinking it was a Citizen original. Research before buying.

Nice attempt at a Smart Watch

Received the CZ Smart Watch for Christmas and 3 weeks later it has quit working. When it worked it functioned as advertised, could make and receive calls and answer emails. Depending on use, somedays the battery would be dead before the work day was complete.

Nice watch but not functional

Battery doesn’t last even 24 hrs. Can’t answer texts or phone calls. Nice look

Try using our Battery Optimizer App which will allow you to manually turn certain features on and off to extend the battery life. Regarding answering texts or phone calls, CZ Smart does both and was designed to be compatible with both iPhone and Android phones. Watch stopped working

Watch stopped working. Was very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift
