Having worked with a lot of new Citizen products over the years, this watch really stays true to the high quality design you'd come to expect from a Citizen watch. The case design and silicone strap make this watch feel like a true timepiece. And the ability to switch out different straps or bracelets allows this watch to be worn for all occasions. From a technology standpoint, this watch delivers on all ends. The functionality is easy to operate and gives the user the ability to connect when needed while not being attached to their phone. Would highly recommend for those who want style mixed with tech!
I received my sample a month ago. I track my fitness goals on a regular basis but now I can push my self during a workout because I can see my heart rate. I like the recaps of my workouts, the daily goal setting and the celebration of hitting my daily goals. As a commuter in NYC I like accepting a call from my watch and I don't have to constantly dig for my phone, I never miss a notification. The silicone strap is really comfortable and the customizable displays is great for picking new looks and the information I want to see at a glance.
Love the watch to many things to talk about. Does steps, miles, heart rate, does phone book can call and answer. Everthing connected through blue tooth and I run android on my phone.

I received this as an early Christmas gift. I have experienced connectivity issue almost non-stop. The watch worked fine out of the box but subsequent updates have created connection and syncing issues. I hope that this is specific to my specific watch because I want to love this SO BAD!! Its a great looking watch, but the watch face selection is limited, I wish Citizen would create other watch faces, specifically a Navihawk in Navy and Yellow. The optional bands are merely okay... not something befitting of a $400 watch. All in all I think this is a decent first attempt.
