This watch continually disconnected (unpaired) from my smart phone. Contrary to suggestions on website, this was not because my watch and my phone were too far apart. After completely rebooting and re-pairing three times, I gave up. I never did receive a notification of an incoming phone call or text message.
It will not connect! I have used your directions and the watch apps directions and it still does not work.
Still troubleshooting, but very disappointed so far. While the watch itself seems to work well and to provide the desired features, using it with my iPhone and WearOS seems to block out all other Bluetooth accessories - to the point that I have to delete and relink them to use them at all. 4 Headphones, 2 Cars, and my Apple Watch … I don’t want to have to make the choice between my watch and everything else I use daily.

Brand new product will not charge on any port with cable given. Won’t turn on
The watch will not stay connected. And it takes to many try’s and to long to get it to connect again. I would not recommend this watch to anyone!!
I was so excited to buy this for my husband. When we got it he quickly found out that it isn’t as compatible with Apple as it states. Hardly any of his apps were compatible. We had to return it
terrible battery life- need charging every 12-14 hrs
Appearance is nice. Technology is very underwhelming for the $$. Not up to Citizen standards in my opinion. I would not recommend this product. If I paid $100 this watch would be acceptable but not $400.
Watch as to be recharge every day event after minimal uses! I will return the watch for reimbursment ASAP. Please give me the exact location of Citizen repair/office adress for the return!!!
