Smart watch

Doesn’t work well with the IPhone 12. You can receive text but can’t reply unless you have a Android and that isn’t going to happen. Battery life is very horrible. Sending mine back.

Beautiful watch, but major connection issues

I got this watch for Christmas and I love the style of my “real watches” but the function of a smart watch. Style wise it’s perfect. But unlike my other smart watch it won’t stay connected to my iPhone. I made sure all the software is updated but they both are on my person and it won’t stay connected. So what’s the point of a smart watch? Please get this issue resolved Citizen.

Regarding connectivity, one reason for CZ Smart disconnecting from your iPhone is related to the two devices being far apart, but there could be other reasons as well. Connection and battery issues

I was excited to have a smart watch that looked like a regular timepiece. I have several Citizen watches and have always loved them. I am disappointed. The battery life is horrible and it constantly disconnects from my iphone. It is a pain to reconnect. The interface is a bit clumsy and not intuitive at all. I also do not like that the watch face changes when in a sleep/power save mode (when it "times out"). Right now I have that set on 5 seconds to save battery and it is annoying to have the face change as you raise it and try to read the time. I am overall disappointed and hope Citizen steps up and pushes out major updates. I regret spending the money. And now I see they do not recommend swimming with it - COME ON!!!!

The design was inspired by Citizen’s sport technical timepieces for style and function. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with CZ Smart’s battery life. CZ Smart does have a Battery Optimizer App, which allows a user to manually turn certain features on and off to extend the battery life. Just ok

Great watch poor battery life. I'm only getting 5 to 6 hours out of the watch with most of the features turned off. That just does not work for me.
