Merry Christmas

Husband loved it. It was exactly what he was looking for, he’s not crazy about the way normal smart watches look and couldn’t wait for this watch to come out.

Smart watch

Doesn’t work well with the IPhone 12. You can receive text but can’t reply unless you have a Android and that isn’t going to happen. Battery life is very horrible. Sending mine back.

Beautiful watch, but major connection issues

I got this watch for Christmas and I love the style of my “real watches” but the function of a smart watch. Style wise it’s perfect. But unlike my other smart watch it won’t stay connected to my iPhone. I made sure all the software is updated but they both are on my person and it won’t stay connected. So what’s the point of a smart watch? Please get this issue resolved Citizen.

Regarding connectivity, one reason for CZ Smart disconnecting from your iPhone is related to the two devices being far apart, but there could be other reasons as well. Worst Battery Life

Got this watch for Christmas. Watch has great features . But battery life is the worst I've ever seen. If you use watch to answer or talk text your battery dies very quickly. My wife has a fit bit that she came talk text and battery last a couple of days. With this smart watch you have to recharge before the end of the day. So if you looking for a smart watch with a good battery life this is not the watch. Really only good for a time and notice smart watch. Need to improve battery life on this smart watch. Going to see about returning my watch. Maybe next generation will have a better battery life. I'm a fan of citizens own quite a few of their watches, but first smart watch.
