Watch is very hard to figure out. After two days I gave up and returned it. I had very high hopes for it because I love citizen watches.
The watch is nice, well-built, and looks good. I only wish there were more citizen watch faces, it would be cool to be able to make it look like a number of citizen watches. There's only one watch face I like and I'm not a huge fan of the ones offered by 3rd party apps.
The watch looks great and has a great weight to it, something missing from other watches. Unfortunately the older processor and WearOS kill the battery. Minimal use results in the battery dead by about 8pm. WearOS overall has issues with disconnecting from the phone consistently (Bluetooth) and limited iPhone compatibility. To be in-line with an Apple Watch, Citizen needs to upgrade the processor to be more efficient (allowing for much longer battery life) and perhaps design their own OS.
Citizen watches are the best made watches in the industry. I have several and have never been disappointed. Citizen CZ watch puts the apple watch to shame.
What a show stopper!! My boyfriend absolutely loves his watch he gets compliments every time he wears it.
Battery doesn’t last longer. Very complicated to sync. Need more than one app to make it work
Good looking watch. The idle face of the watch is a bit disappointing, so I typically use no face. Otherwise it’s a nice watch.
Hardware is very poor. Hasn't SpO2, has an old processor 3100 (there is 4100 already), too thick. And too few working hours. Software is usual wearOS but due to small battery capacity it will need to charge every day.
Needs more watch faces and better connection but overall a great watch.
I really love and appreciate the products you guys put out. I really love and appreciate the products you guys put out This is my 3rd citizen watch. And for the 1st generation of smart watches I believe you guys did a great job. Truly love it over my Samsung watch that I now only use for work. The only thing that I can say that could improve it if it was eco drive. Look forward to seeing what you guys do with the newer generations.
